They get back to you in the time they estimate and got my order out in no time once I was happy with the final draft.
One thing I do want to note is that the seller may be operating at a different time zone than you. I go by PST and the seller tends to respond in the evening/night so keep that in mind on when you can expect to communicate with them. Despite the different time zones, I'd say I still got my order well within a good estimated time.
