When will I receive my items?
Our processing usually takes about 5-10 days (depending on how overwhelmed we are in orders).
Shipping to the US is 10-14 days.
Shipping to Canada is 1-2 weeks.
Shipping worldwide is 2-3 weeks.

How can I edit my order after it’s been placed?
Our outliners and digitizers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so images cannot be edited after your order is in our system. If there was an error in your order confirmation, please let us know as soon as you can. Our email is [email protected].

How do I place an order?

2. Submit your favorite picture and sizing/color requirements.

Do you only draw couples?
No. It can be a family member, pet, teacher, best friend, someone who has passed away etc. The person that out of 7.7 billion people on this earth, they became your favorite.
What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes only go up to 3XL for sweatshirts, hoodies and T Shirts! We are working in the future to have a more variety of sizes.❤️
What are the sweatshirts and hoodies made out of?
Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made out of 50% cotton 50% polyester! They are unisex fit and they don’t run too small or too large!
How do I submit multiple pictures?
Our website only allows 1 attachment to be submitted per item. But you have a few options:
– You can create a collage of your favorite pictures and submit that, or
– You can create a zip file with your images and submit that.
If you want to combine 2 of your photos into one outline (people from one, background from another, for example), just place those specific instructions on the notes of your order.
Can I see the design and outline before it’s made?
Yes, we will send image to you and you have 24h to confirm
Can I cancel after an order is placed?
Due to all orders being personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations but we will make sure that you are satisfied with your order! 😊❤️
I just noticed that I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, then we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.
What happens if my item is damaged after washing?
We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at [email protected] and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
