The end of the was tough for our family. The seller was very responsive, quickly turned around our order, and it arrived just in time for Christmas. The stitching was beautiful, matched my grandmas writing to the T. Thanks so much.
One thing I do want to note is that the seller may be operating at a different time zone than you. I go by PST and the seller tends to respond in the evening/night so keep that in mind on when you can expect to communicate with them. Despite the different time zones, I'd say I still got my order well within a good estimated time.
